Photos: Rio Women's Olympic Basketball Tournament Semi-Finals


The undefeated and unchallenged United States defeated France to move to just a win away from a sixth consecutive Olympic gold medal. Spain, meanwhile, frustrated Serbia to likewise move to the 2016 Women's Olympic Basketball Tournament gold medal match and secure the country's first-ever podium finish in the Olympic stage.

United States and Spain will battle on Saturday, August 20 at 2:30 p.m. ET (3:30 p.m. local time). Serbia and France will dispute bronze medal at 10:30 a.m. ET (11:30 a.m. local time).
